Refund policy:

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via e-mail to secretariat@uarctic.org 

Cancellation requests by telephone will not be accepted.

Cancellations received by July 31st, 2017, the paid registration fees will be refunded (minus a handling fee). No refunds will be given for cancellations made after this date.
